My name is Suede Middleton, and I am a Freelance Graphic Designer based out of Nashville, Tennessee. In the summer of 2018, I transferred from Jackson State Community College to Middle Tennessee State University to pursue a degree in Animation but soon discovered that design was my actual passion.
In the Spring of 2021, one month prior to my graduation, I was offered a promotion at The Grove Club in which I could do design work on a trial basis. Around this time, I also founded my design studio, Studio Hechizado and I have been freelancing under this name since 2021. Soon after, I became the club’s in-house graphic designer and I worked with the marketing team to produce print and digital projects including restaurant menus, brochures, order forms, flyers, and event signage, to name a few. During my tenure at the Grove, I also embarked on a career in club management after accepting another promotion to Membership Director.
In June of 2024, I decided to redirect my time and energy back into freelancing, placing my focus mainly on print design. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, studying history, and exploring new places. My two biggest goals in life are to have my own homestead in the countryside and to travel all around the world!
